Episode 1: 74% dark chocolate
I hid some chocolate bars in my backpack
& ran to school under the glaring sun.
Pleased to see no teachers,
so I secretly unwrapped the sweet packaging.
An amber-eyed snake giggled from behind.
I lied down on the yellow desk; chocolates helped me survive.
Those ambers murmured a muffled sound,
I can't hear them: I wished; I bet.
On the wrapper of the chocolate bar in my hand,
it writes 74%, in golden lines.

11/09/2003: Today I tried to give him a chocolate bar but he said it was disgusting and told me to look at myself before talking to him. Chocolate was melting down his fingers. Summer flourished in the infinite flows of choco-lake. I looked into the mirror which reflected the piece of black chocolate lying forever on the shelf like the ultimate positive version of my life. I would never understand why people dream about pale white, nor would I have swallowed a most fateful sin.

falling
from my pockets
I feel them, but they slide down from my fingers;
*There is nothing here.*
I see them tumbling down,
smashed into pieces,
lying on the dirt,
back to their origin in the rainforests.
Chocolate. Chocolate. I see you melting down.
Behind every mirror, each day and night,
the memorable brand of myself melts down.
